Alisher Usmanov was born September 9, 1953 in Chust Namangan region of the Uzbek SSR, by nationality - Uzbek. Usmanov's father served as prosecutor of Tashkent.At school Usmanov was sent "status", in Moscow. In 1976 he graduated from MGIMO with a degree in international law ". During his studies he became acquainted with trends and perspectives.After MGIMO Usmanov returned to Uzbekistan, where he worked as a junior fellow at the Center of Scientific Information in the presidium of the Academy of Sciences of the Uzbek SSR.
